At Red Land Cotton, we want you to love your heirloom-quality linens for years to come. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unwashed and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.
Package Your Linens
Place the unwashed items in their original packaging or a secure shipping box and affix the pre-paid label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our farm-to-home facility receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
